In a historic neighbourhood, overlooking a golf course on a 2000m² wooded property, sits a 1960’s home in need of some attention. The existing house has little or no insulation but solid bones, and a favourable exposure.  The work will include re-skinning all exterior walls to increase the insulation value and meet new energy efficient standards as well as seismic upgrade. An additional 81m² of space will improve the program for the family and provide vaulted ceilings in all rooms.
