Infill housing by subdivision and rezoning in a traditional neighbourhood.

This planned subdivision is situated between two streets and therefore ideal for division.

SOS Design has been working with our client through the  rezoning application and developed this 160m² two storey, three bedroom home (excluding basement).

The process

  • Public neighbourhood meeting.
  • Support from Planning Department.
  • Planning and land use standing committee.

Public meeting was held on 27 of October 2011 and unanimously approved.

Each lot will be zoned R1-S2. Scheduled for construction spring 2012.

Portions of this house will be factory built to minimize construction time, improve quality and reduce the impact on neighbours.
