SOS Design has been working with our client through the rezoning application and developed this 160m² two storey, three bedroom home (excluding basement).
The process
Public meeting was held on 27 of October 2011 and unanimously approved.
Each lot will be zoned R1-S2. Scheduled for construction spring 2012.
Portions of this house will be factory built to minimize construction time, improve quality and reduce the impact on neighbours.
