This renovated turn of the century building provided a new branch office for an energetic data communications and security systems firm.

As demonstrated by their head office in Vancouver, BMS Integrated Services has a corporate philosophy to reuse and rehabilitate buildings for use as their office, manufacturing and warehouse facilities.  This particular building was a former stable which serviced a bakery prior to becoming Nu-way Cleaners and more recently Xchanges Artists’ Gallery and Studios.  The company has invested a tremendous amount of energy to provide a safe and comfortable work environment for their employees.  The company’s efforts have sparked renewed pride and energy in this small, industrial pocket of Vic West.  SOS Design provided services relating to building permit drawings for the office layout component of the project.
