This 16th century Crofter’s Cottage was completely restored with modern finishes and materials.
There was a modest 600 sf. addition of a kitchen, laundry room and powder room. On the fron of the house, overlooking the water, a 400 sf. covered porch unifies the opriginal house and the addition.
A small, sheltered patio off the kitchen provides a cozy dining space as well as glimpses into the garden. Stables on the preperty were renovated and their program changed to a small one bedroon apartment, complete with patio and pergola.
